She's 71, deep in the GILF zone if that's your sort of thing.
She hosted a Star Trek documentary called The Center Seat: 55 Years of Star Trek last year, I thought she looked ok for her age. I always liked her more than Marina Sirtis on Star Trek but believe I'm in the minority on that one.

I think they were both decent looking women certainly but neither actual gratuitous eye candy (and neither was Yar) in my opinion, and a hard NO on Guinan! I think this was by design after TOS ran a constant bevy of gorgeous women at Kirk just about every episode.
I liked Crusher character better than Troi character.
