How many Blacks on Always Sunny, Jack?
Hey Danny, keep your attitude. Do not include me in your blanket - and prejudiced - judgement of all Americans. How many black roles have there been on "Always Sunny" lately? Or ever? HUH? Let's see...there was Telisha Shaw as the black coffee shop employee - that was in SEASON ONE, EPISODE ONE, TEN YEARS AGO. Oh yeah, I guess there were a couple of bit parts in the "Gang Recycles Their Trash" episode three years ago: Antonio D. Charity - Picketer #2. I'm surprised there weren't any Emmy noms for that magnanimous display of racial equity in your casting choices.
Are you just trying to look concerned? Or are you really that full of sh*t? You want to know some other racist countries who are far less friendly to black people than the United States? Try Japan, Russia, Israel, or South Korea. Yes, South Korea - think about that next time you're considering a Samsung or LG product. South Koreans harbor intense antipathy toward blacks. Want to see cops who really know how to beat the sh*t out of black people? Head to South Korea. A friend of mine taught English there and was shocked at their unabashed racism - not just toward African-Americans, but all blacks. Many South Koreans literally believe that black people are less intelligent, lazy, and dangerous. Her Korean friends and coworkers couldn't believe Americans were crazy enough to have a black president.
But I digress.
Dear Mr. DeVito:
Walk the walk on your own show, then you can pass judgement on the rest of us. And by the way, I'll be skipping the rest of the new season of Sunny. Suddenly a cloud has passed over it for me.
Yours truly,
