I mean, he hasn't acted since he was a child, where does his money come from?

Maybe he invested it wisely.

Good for him. I'm pleased he hasn't turned into another child actor turned complete wreck cliché story.

He did turn into exactly that, but he got out of it. One of the few child actors who seem to have avoided that trap is Mara Wilson.

Sure, but as with Drew Barrymore, he escaped. He didn't let it define his life indefinitely.
