That is not true. Look at his career. He does not always "stand up for the rich and famous".

I'm no fan of Dershowitz. I dislike him personally. He is, however, a respected law professor and an expert on the US Constitution.

You and parker have offered nothing more than ad hominems.

It was some degree of gross negligence.

Baldwin was part of management - right there, making the decision, or going along with the decision to continue to operate the crew without a union certified armorer - and he shot someone and killed them dead as direct result of that. Alec Baldwin is guilty as hell, not to mention he was there in the days leading up this to where all manner of incompetencies were observed including using set guns for target practice.

He belong in prison for some amount of time, and if the movie industry had any morals they would ban him from the guild or whatever the hell it is called.
