Never did. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Keanu in alot of his work. But to me he's always looked his age even when he was in his 20's in the 80's.
Was the whole Keanu looks young a meme from that old French portrait? The whole Time traveler meme? just google it to find out.

He could easily pass as early 40's or maybe even late 30's if the lighting is right. Compare him to other actors at 52, and you'll see a clear difference.
I'm 55, Keanu looks great for being 54. I don't look too bad for my age either and he looks much younger than me. Who knows if he has had work done though or if he dyes his hair. I'm sure all the Hollywood make-up helps also. I also think he could pass for his early 40's.
shareI wouldn't say he hasn't aged at all. But I would say he has aged minimally and looks quite a bit younger than his age. More so, I think, then nearly anyone else his age I see.
He could pass for 40..
He also doesn't appear to have had surgery or fillers...It's a natural look.
But that's not to say he hasn't done non invasive treatments like laser, microcurrent or light therapy. Most everyone does at least do some of that.
But to deny he looks good is to deny reality.
Even Tom Cruise, who has also aged well, isn't looking nearly as good as Keanu...
He looks his age and there's nothing wrong with that.
