Fulbright scholar at MIT
Respect that.
shareHe never got there though. Got lured to NYC by Grace Jones. He does have a masters in chemical engineering though.
shareImpressive. Must have been hard hanging out with actors who failed primary school science.
share🤣💯
sharePlus he was banging like five or more chicks a night along with Grace Jones.
This guy literally lived as an Übermensch; big muscles, could literally beat the crap out of anyone, was an international karate champion, had (and still has) impossibly good looks, tall, speaks multiple languages, and has certified genius I.Q.
Stallone was right in saying that Lundgren was from the future... just not the current timeline's future. He comes from a future where apparently Hitler won and his eugenics program managed to produce a perfect specimen in Dolph Lundgren, because this guy is the impossible pinnacle of man's desired accomplishments.
Yeah, it's true!
He's a guy who was all set for a real career as a scientist, and he chucked it all to be a B or C-List actor. He's actually spent most of his career making micro-budget actions films for straight-to-video/DVD/streaming, and who knows maybe that really is more fun than being a scientist.
I'd call him the Brian May of Hollywood, except that May's been more successful. And May eventually finished his PhD.
he was right to give up science career.
there are many scientist in world but only one Ivan Dragos.
he would not fit in with pointdexter intellectual crowd - too musculars and hansome. he more at home with mussle action dude like sly and arnies. they are his familys.
people say he made mistake give up MIT? no. look at his net worths. his DTV movie make huge money in foreign market. dolph get 5,000,000 for starring in DTV movie - look up stats.
dolph is in top 5 action man of all time. no one would know him if he scientist pushin pencil with other pencil neck cosigns. he lose his mind and beat them up. he should conquer world with Ivan Dragos and Punisher and He Mans not hanging with nerdlinger scientist. waste of manly qualitys.
I wouldn't say he was *right* to give up science for the direct-to-DVD market... just that he had the right to choose between science and showbiz.
I hope he's happy with the choice he made, and the odds are he is. He's been directing and producing as well as acting, hasn't he? So it's not like his life has been boring.
