With all his billions, does he like to look like Jabba?
What is the problem?
Why doesnt he fix it?

Have you ever gone to a science fiction convention or even a science fiction bookstore? SF nerds are notorious for not giving a damn about their appearances. Lucas is an SF nerd of the highest order. Not even millions of bucks in the bank will change that. He probably spends his money on old comic books and action figures.

Ok but he's also a public figure, and he used to look good when he looked human instead of a hutt.
He has tons of money. Can't he fix it?
I also am really asking what's up with that because I don't know the medical condition that would cause him to mutate like that. Is it incurable?

Looking at his profile photo, I don't really see anything wrong with his appearance, for a guy his age.

There’s nothing there. His head sits on top of his shoulders.
