I remember another guy who was totally obsessed with Jodie and tried to kill Reagon to get her attention ,,,, I believe he just got out of the nut house

I think she has a lifetime restraining order against him. I heard a rumor, but can't find anything to confirm it, that if he travels out of state she has to be informed.
