Its interesting. In various interviews/behind the scenes footage, his vibe and demeanor tend to go back in forth from the life of the party to being very reserved and introverted. What is his personality like in real life?

Apparently he first suffered with depression during College so the poster who mentioned bipolar or maybe just low moods at times could be right.
Generally he seems to have the same kind of personality as Sean Connery, which was that he seemed to get on with some people and have a laugh but didn't suffer fools. Which is probably why they got on so well together, and became friends during and after filming Last Crusade.
He comes off as genuine to me, not fake or boring. He's an interesting guy.
