It would have been heartbreaking to see Connery reduced to doing DtVs. Fortunately, by all accounts, he was very careful with his money. After all, he was a Scotsman! 😉

He was an A lister till he retired. There was a downturn for him in the 70s, but he had a pretty impressive career.
