Agreed, but I was ranking official Bond movies.

The only two things that makes Never say never again "not official" are te fact it wasn't originally written by Ian Flemming and that it was a different studio... hardly enough arguments to say that it is not an official Bond movie. It's a bad one, sure, but I'd say it's official.

Its not a EON Productions movie. Just because Connery is in it doesn't make it a Bond movie. Never Say Never Again is no different than if you and me made a Bond movie and you played bond I played Largo.

They couldn't even use the Bond theme or the gun barrel logo. I'd say its unofficial.
