When I found out her age, I knew I was wrong and did some searching. It was Barbara Carrera that was in the Bond film Never Say Never Again. So your Mom was wrong.

Actually, let me throw my opinion into the ring. The bond girl in 'Licence to Kill' with Timothy Dalton features a girl who looks very much like Tia Carerre, I had to check on imdb when I first saw her. The woman's name is Talisa Soto. You guys may have been thinking of Barbara Carerre like somebody above mentioned. If you really want to get to the bottom of this go to this site:
