Marshall Crenshaw
Shakin' Stevens

If anything, it may have shaken him out of his Vegas lethargy.

In the 70's it could have been Zeppelin, Beatles, Stones, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Santana. Everyone, he influenced them.
