Will he make the In Memoriam for this weekend's Oscars??

Yes, there are still a few days to get him in and he would be too big to miss.

I would bet that the Academy already had something created for him for when this day arrived.

Well, I know they commission the film weeks in advance as there IS a deadline, but I can’t imagine they would not include him at the end with an edit to the film or just seamlessly splice him on at the end.

They'll probably leave him out, like they leave out a couple of well-known actors every year. The best memorial montage is the one TCM does every December.

Didn't someone die just before the ceremony last year and they created a special memorial moment just for them.
