Pineapple on Pizza
Yay or Nay?
Nay for me, but no judgment for those who do like it. I'm just not a a fan of sweet stuff on Pizza....

Nay for me, as well. I just generally don't like sweet stuff paired with savory stuff.
shareAgreed!
shareI watch a lot of Food Network. If there's a prevailing theme on there, a balance of flavors is always dominant.
shareI say I don't like sweet and savory but I started a thread on the topic of mixing sweet and savory foods a while back and actually found there were several sweet and savory combinations I like. But to-date I still haven't developed a love for pineapple on pizza. My Scandinavian cousin down there who mentioned pineapple and blue cheese together, though, has intrigued me.
I LOVE blue cheese!!
This topic has been done here several times before but I don't mind exploring it again. Have you ever had asiago cheese? I loved it the first time I sampled it. It's described as semi-sweet, which if you think about it, sounds weird for a cheese.
shareYes, I love asiago cheese. I love almost all cheese more than just about any other food.
sharemushrooms and onions is the goat
shareI like it. I used to be a Schwan's man and sold a good amount of Hawaiian Pizza from my truck. I mean, how is that any different from applesauce with pork chops? Whoever came up with that? On the surface, it seems weird but it works.
shareI dunno. I guess cause applesauce has a more...mild flavor?
