For once, I probably think they’re telling the truth. There was no benefit them downing their neighbour’s commercial aircraft, but a massive mistake for whoever gave the order to fire. The jet makes for a bloody big drone.

shareI don’t trust the Russians as far as I can spit, but for once they’re not denying anything. Hard to believe about half the passengers survived (basically the plane was ripped in half when it hit the deck - those in the front half perished).

Did you see the crash though? Who thought it would be a good idea to put a concrete barrier at the end of a runway?! They probably would have survived if left to slide and come to a natural stop. But instead, the runway ended and the there was a wall a few feet beyond it.
