I'm not really sure there is a movie that's perfect, a 10/10 without flaws because you can always find flaws in anything if you look hard enough.. Close to a 10, like a 9.5/10 or even a 9/10 is easier. GOODFELLAS is one of my favorites that's nearly flawless. JURASSIC PARK is another that comes to mind and on a more serious tone, one with the Late Robin Williams titled "ONE HOUR PHOTO" is really good
shareLook, we can't argue taste, but I find it odd that the only excellence you offer involves psycho-killers and dinosaurs.
Otoh, I would put The Godfather I/II and Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood & Pulp Fiction pretty high, myself. :)
A near perfect movie I would suggest, which many/most would not agree with, not involving psycho-killers but does include demonic forces, is 'A Serious Man'.
