This edition is a bit special: There will be NO horror 😱 AND Saturday we will watch the 2nd movie I’ve seen the most times in my life (mostly as a teen)!

This Movie Club will allow two things to happen:
 -people will be able to watch the same movie at the same time and interact here
-people will be able to have common movies to watch over the weekend and share reviews on my other weekly thread.   

Event #1 - Friday night, July 26th 9PM Eastern time (if you want to watch live) and event closes Sunday at 9PM (if you haven’t been able to watch live and want to share reviews in the weekly thread.)

5.5/10 I haven't watched a Donnie Yen movie in years, and this movie stirred up some feelings of ambivalence and distance in me.

I liked Bio-Dome well enough, it was only supposed to be goofy fun.
Special ID had some good fights but if there was a plot I missed.

No one paid attention to the ending because I just finished the movie and my main complaint was not valide since the bad guy was NOT in the exploding car so we did get a final face off. OK, I’m less angry now in like the movie a little bit more. Yay

Every Thursday evening Stonekeeper posts a list of four movies, generally from TUBI, two to be played on Friday starting at 9PM EST and two on Saturday night at the same times, roughly 9PM TO 1AM. We have a fun watch party, lots of joking and observations and often either between movies or afterward we do a ZOOM meet hosted by sslssg if she’s around. It’s lots of fun, we could use more participation, it’s a really fine little crew and cool people are totally welcome👍
