What is your favorite South Korean Action/Thriller movie?
My most favorite would have to be :
1.The Gangster, the Cop and the Devil
2. I Saw the Devil
3. Confession of Murder

I watch a lot of Korean TV shows.

I've seen: All of us are dead, Kingdom, Hellbound, Gyeongseong Creature, Alchemy of Souls, The Silent Sea, The Devil Judge, Parasyte, Arthdal Chronicles and Duty After School, Sweet Home and Strangers from Hell. Am watching The 8 Show.

"Crash Landing on You" is exceptional. I'm still watching, but it has become one of my all time favorite TV series. Great acting, story, dialogue, characters, music. I know I'm going through major withdrawal when I complete it. It's part action, comedy, suspense and romance.

I Saw the Devil and Confession of Murder are two of my top 3 as well. The Gangster, the Cop and the Devil being the 3rd.

Well, ya. More of an average fan though. My little loves Korean stuff. Shows & movies.

Most of the korean stuff I've watched are her recommendations. A few I discovered on my own.

Action thrillers:

1. The Gangster, the cop, the devil
2. The Man from Nowhere
3. Train to Busan
4. Oldboy
5. The Witch part 1: The Subversion

Action and thriller aren't genres I watch a whole lot of these days, to be honest, but I've really enjoyed Hunt (2022) and
Exhuma (2024).

The big ones for me are Old Boy (2003) and Tae Juk Gi (2004). I guess I was discovering South Korean films around that same time and I remember another that might have been called The Host.
