Yeah. I've seen all of it. More or less.
But you really don't have to. That's an uber-geek thing to do. And I would never recommend that anyone did that. It's really not the kind of show you have to watch from the beginning all the way through to make sense of.
It's mostly self-contained stories. And it re-invents itself almost constantly, so there are always new jumping-on points for new viewers. It pretty much reboots and re-introduces itself whenever there's a new actor. You can just start watching when a new Doctor arrives or even check out some of the more highly-rated episodes.
'Rose' (the first episode of the revived series is a good place to start). Or 'The Eleventh Hour' (which introduces Matt Smith as The Doctor and completely restarts the show with a new production team). Or, really, just jump on now with the upcoming 60th Anniversary Specials. There'll be a few jokes and callbacks you don't get, but you probably won't be lost. It's not that kind of show.
Don't be daunted. Just dip in and out. That's how most people watch it.
