If America awarded titles who deserves to be a Sir or Lady?

I get jealous when people refer to him as Sir Michael Caine. I wish Americans would come up with a prestigious title for certain deserving people, any suggestions?

Actually, you can "buy" titles on the internet these days, hehehe. No need to have some idiot with a long history of family inbreeding to grant it to you.
