I made a short film...
And it's horrible. It's only one minute long. https://youtu.be/4PoZYnyVBjI
I was bored. Did it by myself.

Very entertaining and a great use of available resources. Solid editing, too!
shareI used a skateboard as a dolly. My brother flat out refused to help me. I'm kinda glad. It was fun trying to do it myself.
shareI ALWAYS WISHED I HAD A BROTHER...MY SISTER WAS USELESS FOR FUN SHIT LIKE MAKING CRAZY SHORT FILMS.
shareI wish I had an older/younger brother, I got stuck with a twin.
shareOH....WOW...I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT POSSIBILITY...I AM A BIT TOO SELF CENTERED TO HAVE A TWIN I THINK.
shareNah, they are good for deflecting blame and responsibilities and shit.
shareMy twin bother made this when he was in highschool. It's legit awesome. https://youtu.be/cbzLhS2MaGE

I guess the frame and the material it was printed on make the difference in price. Go for the cheapest one...you really can't tell the difference.
i wonder who owns the rights to it?
shareThat was cool lol.

I must have a sequel👌
I like these that have no CGI. 👍👍
shareThe practical effects were stunning. Maybe he’ll use stop motion animation in the sequels!
shareAin't nobody got time for that.
shareHaha!
That does take a ton of time.
Truth is I tried it. Spent hours to make the doll move like 1 foot. I gave up quick.
shareIn a High School art class we had to do a final project and my friend foolishly chose a stop motion project,
it was a hell of a lot of work!
He was so frustrated at the rate of progress he quit (but passed anyway, he had good grades overall.)
So much for an easy A aye.
shareYup.
I attempted to videotape a version of The Most Dangerous Game with some friends out back in the woods. The battery died on the vhs recorder before we could finish and we couldn’t ever figure out how to make a toy boat convincingly sink in a bath tub.
It was a failed project lol.
If I had James Cameron money in High School it could have been Oscar worthy!
I played the evil Count Zaroff and managed a really half-assed Russian accent.
We passed anyway, that Art teacher was pretty cool.
That's cool. Your art teacher was a pushover, but in the 80s, battery's be a fickle mistress.
shareNah, the cgi was just so good you didn't notice.
shareThat’s some advanced film making techniques you have going there!
shareI teach a class. Only $99.99 for a session. You can buy in bulk though for ten sessions and pay $100. The savings speak for themselves.
shareI will enroll in your class when you reach this level.

That was awesome. Low budge, tv movie style. Fucken great. What's that off? Some anthology horror TV thing? I could watch that ten times over.
shareYes, a 1975 made for television horror anthology starring the beautiful Karen Black.

From that jack Nicholson movie
shareI love how many shots I can steal from this movie. It gave me so many ideas.
shareI really enjoyed that. Better than half the movies I watch on Tubi.
shareThe story was clear and got to the point. Everything was framed properly. There was creativity considering your limited resources. 8/10.
