Is John Wick superhuman?

Based on all 4 including recent movies we have seen, would it be fair to draw that conclusion, and how does he not only survive but also apparently not suffer being hit by many cars, getting shot at and falling down so many steps and then moving as if nothing happened?

And how come his suits are allegedly bullet proof yet so light as well?

It seems as if, with last two movies especially, he has entered some kinda modern "Matrix"-like action movie universe, or...

The movies take place in an ultra-stylized heightened reality of highly skilled assassins. Everyone looks cool and does cool stuff.

I recall something about his bullet proof suit being some made of some high tech ultra thin protective material, but it's basically a hand wave to give us permission to not think about it too much.

That might explain why in part 3 he falls out of the window of a building from an insane height and walks it off like it was no big deal.

It’s best not to think too much about reality during action movies, pretty much all of the protagonists would be corpses in all of them.

Except in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th parts of the "John Wick" film franchise, despite not being labelled "sci-fi fantasy", it takes such concepts to phantasmagorical almost other-worldly level, more so than any Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, James Bond, Steven Seagal, Jean Claude Van Damme etc ACTION films.

And in some parts of John Wick, he almost superhumanly survives massive falls, gunshots and wounds, being hit by cars etc and almost later gets up like nothing happens.

Not to mention also, from the 2nd part, you have, for instance, whole societies that completely don't react when shootings happen etc at very close range right in front of their very eyes.
