Help me recall the name of this collection of scary/horror shorts movie title please.

When I was a young boy I rented this collection of scary/horror movies, similar to Creepshow, it couldn’t have been rated R as my folks were super strict. Anywho, one of the episodes starred a middle school aged boy, he was a big boy, and he would catch flys and torture them by pulling off their wings. Somehow the flys grow to his size, probably larger and get their revenge, I can’t remember specific details, maybe something like him being tied to a table and the flys are looming over him about to pull him apart.
This episode has aways stayed with me but I’ve never been able to remember the name of the film collection it was apart of. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!!
