Everybody should stop saying these things:
"I could care less"
"It's besides the point"
"Nucular"
Any others?

“Gambit” is almost always used improperly. ALL that it means is “a player’s opening move in chess.” Period. It does not mean an overall
plan, only the first move in an overall plan.
I don’t give a damn how common a misuse or mispronunciation may be. It remains wrong.
Nice. I've never heard it used practically and I didn't know the meaning, but I like learning.

Hear, hear!!
"The new normal"
sharePeople should say what they like, you're not the boss of anybody.
shareNot the boss, but the arbiter of taste and style, which, in many ways, is much more like important.
The human body had an argument over which body part should be the boss of the body. The brain and heart nominated themselves. So did the asshole. The collective body laughed at the asshole. Then the asshole shut itself down. After a couple weeks of no shitting, the body conceded that the asshole was the boss.
You don’t need to be competent to be the boss. You just need to be an asshole.
Being an authority on taste and style ranks much higher than that.
"Fluff Ice"
It's just ice milk, sucked then, sucks now.
"Resources are stretched" makes sense to me. "Money is tight" doesn't.
shareJiminy Christmas
shareI usually say I couldn't care less.
shareAnd you are correct to say it.
shareAfter watching a movie they don't like...
That's 2 hours of my life I will never get back.
You don't get ANY hours of your life back whether you enjoy them or not.
And besides, it's an overdone cliche that should have stopped circa 1992.
Agreed, that phrase is right up there with "Well, that just happened" and 'not' jokes in terms of wit and originality.
