You know, I don't always agree with you, but I generally respect you. In this I do not. I am filled with rage at the comments on the post. She may be out to get money, but this is someone who was sexually abused at 7 years old. Do you have any idea what that does to a person for the rest of their lives? No? Then you should be grateful. It fucks you up severely. Considering that she was in and out of foster homes and living on the street at 13 and being trafficked by a 65 year old, you think you could find some compassion? I'd say your rage at Epstein and Prince Andrew in this case is an over reaction. But then some women tend to see themselves as nothing but innocent victims and men as the sole evil villains in prostitution. Granted that is the case when talking about the trafficking of women into sexual slavery but Virginia Roberts was not a victim of that. It seems to me she could have walked away from being a prostitute at any time.
And it seems to me that probably quite a lot of people who complain about not getting justice should be careful what they wish for.

My rage comes from reading post after post on this site blaming women for everything. According to the men on this site there is not one man who has been accused of assault of a sexual nature is guilty. What do you mean when you say she was trafficked ? I was talking specifically about women who are sold into sexual slavery. That is what I think of when using the term trafficked. Sex trafficking means forcing people into prostitution, not just selling them into sexual slavery. I am suggesting that that was the case.

No trafficking doesn't specifically mean that actually. I looked it up and it seems to be a general term applied to all sorts of prostitution.
