"I resent that" & "Don't patronise me"
I find those phrases (for lack of a better word) to be the oddest in the English language.
It seems thin skinned people use those. I cringe every time I hear it.
Meh.
Personally I’m still quite fond of
“If I wanted an opinion from an asshole I would have farted”
But I’m high-brow like that, I guess.
