Vegans/vegetarians: If we could grow animals without heads/brains...
...and had a sustainable way to 'feed' and grow them, would you be comfortable eating eggs and meat and milk then?

shareabsolutely.
i'd be fine with lab grown meat.
i'm also ok with hunted meat. i often will get a bit of deer meat from some hunters i used to work with, & i have no problem eating that.
It’s 100% the most ethical way of harvesting meat.
shareLab grown meat really freaks me out.
sharei can understand that.
my hope is that this is something people will adapt to as it becomes widely available & it can be produced on an economically viable mass scale.
the proof of the pudding is in the eating, of course, but if it can be what it promises, it will be a better product in every way - better for animals, of course, but it also should be much better for the environment, no e-coli risk, etc.
Agreed
shareI would absolutely not have an ethical problem eating lab-grown muscle tissue, that can be harvested without killing a living being.
How I might have a bit of a health issue with it, depending on whether making iit requires baths of hormones and antibiotics and other things I don't want in my food. And the fact is, I still find the idea of eating muscle tissue kind of gross, even if I always liked the taste of it.
