Would you rent a house if the rent was £100 more than what you're currently paying if it had a better kitchen and bathroom?my kitchen is dated,old and ugly,i don't know if it's worth me paying more though just to get a more modern house,what would you guys do?(my living room and bedroom is nicer than the other house,so not sure what to do).

Me, personally? The kitchen and the bathroom are the most important rooms in the house. I could sleep on a bed of hay, I don't care. My TV is still sitting on plastic crates and i've had this couch for 30 years. That stuff don't matter to me. It's all about personal priorities.
When I choose where to live, it's usually about the neighborhood. When I was poor, I got robbed on the regular, tires slashed by random shitheads. I won't live that way ever again. So I tended to have small crappy apartments with good neighbors.
Got a double wide in the woods these days. Do whatever the hell I want.
