has intel ever blocked a psycho thriller you where writing?

When I was 20 (9 years ago) I was writing a psychothriller about someone who killed by chakras and what he believed was combinations that sent light off his kills by attacking specific chakras and each kill a different chakra by different combinations of meanings, psycho as fuck. Someone blocked it on my computer. Intelligence I'm assuming and I've been shattered ever since attemping writing love stories which I just lose interest in. TIPS TO HELP ME START MY PSYCHOTHRILLER AGAIN please. I just watched DR. Sleep by Speilberg my writing wasn't even that freikin psychopathic so what's their deal niggling at me like that. I'll never be able to write the movie again its completely blocked in me. I basically don't know what to do I'm afraid they'll just block any movie I start writing unless its a love story which is just not me. I guess they think my writing was insatiable wish they would have just minded their business its like I'm not allowed to write psycho thrillers even still to this day I feel that

edit: by insatiable I mean insighting psychopathy I just assumed that's what insatiable mean but its not

it was really only the beginnings... I had a plot and characters they obviously didn't like my plot or characters

*Where* were you writing this thing? in an imdb thread?

If i were writing a novel , I'd write it at home , on a pc , with a proper keyboard , and back it up regularly to each of my two NAS units and the cloud, so 4 copies.

More to the point nobody else would have any kind of access to it , let alone permission to delete it!

it was on a laptop of my own which I studied creative writing on and my psychothriller got blocked end of story

I'm confused about how someone could block you from writing. No matter what the subject matter. Seems a bit loony tunes to me.

I thought they thought I was a psychopath and that's why they blocked it I was just writing a psychothriller

yes okay smartie I don't think that quick-witted intelligently all the time. you don't know who they are they could block while my stick is plugged in. I'm serious they really put a full block on my doc. but thanks for the advice. I'll use my hard drive.. I'm just saying they're tricky there's nothing like a hard copy. you can print page 1-5 then later page 5-10 you know and then by then its probably safe to just keep going normally.

what everyone , despite your explanations , is still confused as hell about is:
a) Who "they" are.
b) How they can possibly monitor / censor / delete your writings

to be honest when I was 20 I didn't know intelligence forces existed so I didn't even know how or why it got blocked I just thought that some form of AI thought I was a psychopath or something

I had something like that happen once. I was editing a document and suddenly got locked out. But I was drunk at the time, changed the password, and two minutes later couldn't remember what the new password was.
