Keith Richards was asked how he came up with the unique riff, said he woke up from a dream, wrote down the chords, and went back to sleep... when he woke up he had forgotten all about it...like finding gold.

Heart. Barracuda that's my choice too. Guitar people I know say it's very difficult to play as well.

A Stones' song would be right around the top of my list too. It's a simple one, but it's got such a nasty, driving rhythm.
