Cliché questions interviewers ask celebrities.

"What did you do to prepare for this role?"

"Are you anything like your character?"

"Did you think the movie was going to be as big of a hit as it was?"

"Would you do a sequel?"

To an actress: "what was it like kissing (enter actor here)?"

"What are some funny things that happened on set?"

"What was it like working with (co-star)?"

To an actress who is also a mother: "how do you balance your work life and being a mother?"

reply

If interviewer is a different nationality or interview is in a country other than than the celebrity's homeland;

"Are you enjoying our country so far?"

Like they are going to say it sucks.

reply

Usually if they don't like the country, they'll respond with "oh, I haven't been here long enough. I just got here today."

reply

Quite right, always best to play dumb:)

reply

It's kinda hard to ask interesting questions without crossing the line, though. My 2 cents.

reply

I think it's always great to talk about the filmmaking aspects. "Tell me about that car chase scene." That leaves the door open to talk about so many things.

reply

That's probably true.

reply

"How did you feel doing that nude scene?"

"Do you let your kids watch your films?"

"What is the real you like, at home?"

"What's it like being a sex symbol?"

"Do you think there is a limit to how much sex/violence/nudity/profanity/drug use you should show in your films?"

"Would you tell me about the latest SJW approved cause you are championing?"

reply

I hate whenever a non-white person is being interviewed and they're asked about diversity as if they are representing their entire race.

reply

Agreed and it applies to gender, sexuality and even image/career choice as well.

Not long after 9/11 an interviewer down here was interviewing Alice Cooper, this guy must have just assumed Cooper would be Liberal due to his image. The topic of the war on terror came up and Cooper supported it much to the shock of the interviewer. Cooper made some good points as well which pretty much ended the discussion lol

Point being that so many of these reporters assume way too much.

reply

'As a woman do you feel a sense of outrage that there aren't enough strong roles for women in Hollywood?'

reply

For once, I just want to hear a woman go: "No, not at all."

reply

Will you volunteer to be the first to have your wealth re-distributed?
