The actor is Stephen Hibbert and he's English, which probably explains a lot! He also wrote "It's Pat: The Movie", which seems much more embarrassing.😬

I believe that role is what ruined that guys career before it could even take off the training wheels....not the gimp but the guy that fucked Ving Rhames up the ass lol. Dont even know his name. The guy that played the bad guy on The Mask, the bad guy on Blue Streak, the bad guy on the Bounty Hunter..seriously someone point out a movie where hes not the bad guy lol. Such potential stifled by a ballsy choice of a minor role.
