What’s your favourite conspiracy theory?
I like the fake moon landing ones.

People who go squatching
shareI don't know, but I can definitely tell you what my least favourite is: That 9/11 was an inside job. A load of absolute shit.
shareYup, total bullshit
19 assholes took over two airliners... nothing 'inside' about it
It was a wickedly simple plan carried out by homicidal lunatics...And a lousy day for the rest of us:(
Even worse is the "no planes" theory.

shareIt's tough to beat the classic flat earth theory, although there is a large menu full of enticing conspiracy theories. The faked moon landing ones are good.
shareThe Church (so-called) of Scientology assassinating Phillip Seymour Hoffman for his portrayal in The Master. This one actually has some teeth while the naysayers pooh-pooh it.
shareWhat? I hadn't heard that one. Not that I'd put much past Scientologists. A creepy lot.
I want to see The Master! Been looking for it on Netflix and then on Prime for ages. Did you think it was good. IMO PSH was an excellent actor.
I stumbled onto it by accident one night and almost immediately saw the profound similarity between his character and L. Ron Hubbard. Given how they revere him and their Fair Game policy, I don't buy 100% the official denials. What cult at some time hasn't resorted to murder?
I'd heard about it, probably from that Scientology expose Going Clear board, back on IMDb.
Exactly, they idolise Hubbard and he's the one who came up with the Fair Game policy, so, they justify everything. I wouldn't put out and out murder past them.
Ancient Aliens and aliens living among us.
shareI have many favourites.
The one about the moon not being a real celestial body, but some kind of fake human construct.
Roswell and other alien ones.
The supposed secret society living under the desert.
Symbolism and brainwashing in the entertainment industry, MK Ultra, etc.
Strange and unexplained disappearances of specific people, like Elisa Lam.
