Great song, was indeed featured in "The Cement Garden" (1993) great film. The song is sort of a dark and moody synth-pop/pop-rock amalgamation of Depeche Mode, Black, In the Nursery and The Cure but with enough flair and originality to stand on its own. Fitted well into the film too. Never released on any official format, same for band's other song "Lady Anne" which also thus far not been uploaded anywhere online either.
"Our weakening lives, mysteries confuse. Our sensitive eyes, blinded by the blues" - or possibly, CLUES. :)
It was recorded in 1989 by the way but never released and 4 years later was used in "The Cement Garden".
P.S. What do we, including Shogun, think this song is about? Failed relationship? Depression? Drugs? Loss? Failing in life? Anything else?

Pretty decent voice, the band seemed good but it was a bit of a bad recording there…Right in front of the stage it was probably way better.
