Unwelcome Characters

Anyone know any TV Show/Movie characters that were funny because they never realized that they were unwelcome wherever they were?

reply

I personally didn't think it was funny, but there was that neighbour from Empty Nest who always dropped by uninvited.

Bentley on The Jefferson’s.

Never found him funny, but Steve Urkel from Family Matters.

Sheldon - Big Bang Theory
David Brent - The Office (UK Version)
Clifford - Cheers
Rigsby - Rising Damp

I liked Sheldon in Big Bang Theory. I just finished the last episode where he and Amy get married. Apparently she thought he was welcomed.

BBT changed a lot when they started coupling up the guys. It was more fun when Sheldon was that guy who just didn't get the hint. I would say that Howard in his sleazy days was also verging on being unwelcome.

The whole group were rejects really which is what made it fun. Until they coupled up.

Inspector Luger was such a character from Barney Miller. No one wanted him around but he was hilarious.

Great reference, the Robert Muler of his day...

Not necessarily to be confused with the 6 million $ man - he required an anthrax case persecution settlement.
