Why are Americans so fat?
Will obesity ever go down? What about when we get universal health care? I don't think so. Americans already consume more health care than any other country and it only makes things worse. Public health care will be just like public education where the tests constantly have to be revised to cover up falling test scores. Maybe scientists will even change the BMI scale to something they can manipulate, like the CPI for inflation. Our dollars will all have at least 10 zeros and people will be as round as planets, but scientists will keep insisting that we're moving along at a managable place and making steady progress, and we'd be doing better if budget funding wasn't so low. Those darn fiscal conservatives hate science! Oh, but kids in college will major in fat acceptance, and we'll have fat runway models and fat body builders and if you notice it didn't used to be that way, that's criminal fat shaming hate speech.
I think we're fat because the government tells us to eat the food pyramid, and if the environmentalists have their way, it will be illegal not to eat a feedlot style diet of inudstrial substitutes. You will be socially ostracized like homeschoolers and anti-vaxxers.
This is the kind of stuff I think about everytime a liberal acts like things were going great until Trump came along. They weren't. You were just too busy feeding at the trough to see the people you were stepping on, fatty.
