Blond Blue-Eyed White Privilege

Ever notice that in this supposedly 'woke' and socially conscious era, where we're meant to be fighting against racism and anti-Semitism and thinking about intersectional discrimination, that it's always the blond blue-eyed white boys who are let off the hook?

Sure, when we're talking about male privilege we'll all go after the black man (e.g. Michael Jackson, R Kelly, Bill Cosby, Morgan Freeman) or the Jewish man (e.g. Harvey Weinstein, Woody Allen, Roman Polanski, Dustin Hoffman), the gay man (e.g. Kevin Spacey), or even just darker men in general (e.g. Johnny Depp, Ben Affleck, Tom Cruise), but the blond blue-eyed pretty boy always gets a pass. The #MeToo movement doesn't seem to apply to the Aryan poster boy likes of Brad Pitt, Robert Redford, Matt Damon, Chris Evans, David Beckham and so on.

Seems like for all our talk of progress and social consciousness, we're still all clinging on to the same Aryan fetishization of the Nazis. Their poster boys and girls got off lightly too, whilst we all persecuted the likes of Hitler and Himmler. But it was precisely the worship of the Aryan 'ideal' that led to the mass slaughter of everyone else. The Aryans don't get off that easy. They have blood on their pretty peaches and cream hands.

The irony of this post being that a young black gay actor and an elder Native American were given a free pass for destroying people’s lives...but blondes like Tomi Lahren get milkshakes thrown at them for nothing more than being a conservative. Yup those Blondes get away with murder.
