There's a ton of movies based around Christmas, but I can't think of one based around New Year's Eve or Day. Sure, there are movies with scenes that take place around New Year's (When Harry Met Sally and a small part of Holiday Inn) but can you think of any others?

The Brattle Theatre, in Cambridge, MA, plays a series of Marx Brothers movies on New Years Day every year. I went to that series one year--and had a good time. It was fun.

We thought of The Poseidon Adventure and the original Ocean's 11, but we weren't really in the mood for those. I remember a tv movie from years ago with Connie Sellecca called Turn Back the Clock, but I can't find that one anywhere.
That's a problem with TV movies - hard to find because too many were never released to DVD or a streaming service. You'd think the studios would want to do something with them to earn even a modest $ amount instead of letting them sit somewhere on a shelf earning nothing.
I don't recall the movie but I remember Connie Sellecca - pretty lady.
Yeah, I definitely don't get why they aren't available on Netflix or some other streaming service.
