What's everybody doing for Halloween?
What are your plans for Halloween?
shareThe usual...after work i will sit at the end of the driveway with my Vorhees Costume (i wear this thing every year) and hand out lots of candy to all the kiddies and chat with their parents
I start at about 5 PM
I build a litte station with a table and spooky table cloth, some scary lighting and props and a cleverly concealed 6-pack of cheapo beer (inside my largest fake pumpkin!)
My family goes out together and i do the honors at the end of the drive
I love Halloween
Afterward, i put everybody to bed and watch a scary movie
Hows about you andreaahr?
Doing anything fun?
What are you going to watch?
shareProbably one of the classics...Friday, Elm Street,Halloween
shareYou should watch this one:

Thanks, that looks simply thrilling!
Sadly, i used to skip Hindi class to smoke in the boys room so i wouldnt understand the subtle nuances
My loss:(
The language of cinema is universal! Besides, this movie clearly has no plot. But it does have song and dance!

And for the best of both spooky classics and not understanding the subtle nuances, why not enjoy Mahakaal, the Bollywood Nightmare on Elm Street. It of course features song and dance as well. : )
😆 I didn't even know about that one! It looks like absolute crap.😆 And it features two actors from my favourite Bollywood movie!
shareNow that is scary. 😱😱😱
shareYou should watch the Halloween marathon on AMC channel. They show it every year...
shareI might watch a scary movie. I try to make that a routine for Halloween.
shareNone, except watching something "hair-lowering." 😉
I admit I'm a bit of a Scrooge when it comes to Halloween. I never understood the fascination with celebrating ghosts, goblins, ghouls, gore, and other ghastly things. If everyone else wants to, fine by me, but it's just not my thing.
You don't get any kids on Halloween night ??
shareUnfortunately, there aren't many anymore. It's an older neighborhood, plus I think fewer kids are out overall. Of course, it's also very dependent on the day of the week and the weather.
shareWe get about 15 - 20 kids. Halloween is not what it used to be.
shareThat's the truth. I think it started going south when reports of needles and razor blades in candy came out (just my opinion). It's really sad, isn't it?
shareFunny thing....razors and needles seem to be an urban legend. Watched a doc about five years ago that debunked urban myths....razor in the Apple was one segment. They did a fairly exhaustive research and found no actual police reports.I meant to research it myself...but forgot😠
Maybe that is what I'll do for Halloween😂
answering the doorbell and handing out miniature candy bars and bags of chips.
shareI might see about getting together with some friends, but I know what I'll be doing the day after: buying up steeply discounted bulk candy.
shareI live too far off the beaten track to hand out candy, so I'm just going to practice witchcraft in the woods.
