Are you a good singer?

I sang in the choir till age 14 or so. I can carry a tune.

I sing along to the Chili Peppers in my car. Thats as far as I will go.

I sound like Freddy Mercury when im driving and i can kill it like Axl Rose in the shower
I got pipes for days!

People have said I don't humiliate myself. I think they're being nice😂

I'm good when I choose the right song for my voice. I love to sing Elton John, Del Shannon, Tom Petty, Elvis, Chili Peppers are fun, grunge stuff, folk stuff, whatever. I've also been known to attempt songs way out of my range and then I suck.

I'm a terrible singer.

There were times when I enjoyed the James Taylor Sweet Baby James album, where I thought I could sing like Sweet Baby.
I've often tried to sing Simon and Paul Simon songs along with my guitar, surely with mixed results.
Sometimes I can belt out a good ol' baritone of OKLAMOMA, where the wind comes sweepin' down the plains.
But a song that isn't in my range, I sound like a meek mouse, barely finding the right note, creaking around the edges.
