Songs you hate and absolutely cannot stand?

I seriously cannot stand Train's "Hey Soul Sister" due to it being so annoying and heavily played on the radio, it was one of those songs you just couldn't escape from no matter how hard you try.

Gosh Cher's "Believe" was another song I've hated.

[You'll Never Walk Alone by Gerry & The Pacemakers]

How's come, DB?

Understood.

As soon as I saw your comment I went over to YouTube and watched the video and loved it.

Poker Face by Lady Gaga = KILL ME NOW!!!

reply

That song is unbearable.

I hate Pink's "Just Like Fire", which for some reason is still played on radio.

I also hate "Friends" by Marshmello & Anne-Marie. It's a woman bitching about a guy liking her. How is this enjoyable to listen to?

'Walking On Sunshine' by Katrina and the Waves

It is just awful and tries too hard to be upbeat
Screw that song

reply

Paul McCartney/Stevie Wonder's "Ebony And Ivory", can't believe that song went up to #1 for 7 weeks in the Spring/Summer of 1982.

reply

Ha!
Ashamed to admit i sort of like that one lol:)
I admit its pretty corny

reply

The 80s was a strange decade musically

reply

Sweet Home Alabama....basically any Southern rock...

reply

Juju on that beat

reply

'We Built This City on Rock and Roll' is pretty awful too

reply

No. Who cares mamba is a snake and not a musical genre!

reply

I have no idea what this means but seeing as how you posted it im sure it makes total sense

Thank you

reply

Correct!

You're welcome!

While it was a catchy song but there were other songs of their's that I liked better, I prefer their earlier hits w/Mickey Thomas on lead vocals such as "Jane", "Find Your Way Back", "Be My Lady", "Winds Of Change" and "No Way Out" a lot more than this song and "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now".

reply

Early stuff was just fine
When they went all '80s commercial it just wore me out

"Lean On" by Major Lazer & DJ Snake & MØ (yeah, I had to look up those names).

I also absolutely despise Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know" and Dua Lipa's "New Rules", but the 80s remixes are fantastic!

reply

That Gotye song was great for about 20 seconds, then it overstayed it's welcome!
