Mine:
Granola topped with slices of mango, also dried cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, some sliced almonds and topped with milk

so healthy

I just hopped on the mango bandwagon recently and love the flavor and dense texture.
Normally I start the day off with a good cup of coffee with a splash of non sweetened coconut milk. No dairy for me!

Here's another one- You go to Whataburger and get their Bisquit & Gravy Meal. It's very reasonably priced. Just as you get in the car to return you call your wife. "Start 'em." She immediately puts the eggs on the skillet. When you pop thru the door, you slice the biscuit, butter it, toss the gravy on top, then push the hash brown sticks in just a bit. Then you take the now finished fried eggs and set them on top. It's delicious.

It'll blow your shorts right on off.

On a work day: a can of Ensure Plus, 12 ounces of water, a cup of weak black coffee, Ginseng, Centrum multivitamin, Zinc supplement, Vitamin E supplement, Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc supplement. On an free day, replace the Ensure with a bowl of oatmeal made with water and a pinch of salt, topped with bee honey and Craisins, with a banana on the side, followed with a course of three Jumbo scrambled eggs. Then off to the gym.

French toast with bacon.

I found I was not getting enough veggies in my diet, so I bought one of those ninja blenders. Now I can add broccoli, spinach, beets and carrots. Sounds gross right? I just mix in some sweet frozen fruit and it covers up the gross stuff. Can nurse one of those giant smoothies till lunch time.

Sounds like a good idea!

reply

Do you cook the veggies first or blend them raw? I'm going to try this.

reply

I just did them raw. I find when you cook them you lose some healthy veggie juice

Jack in the Box: Supreme croissant (egg, cheese, bacon, ham). It comes with a hash brown and it doesn't cost much more to throw in a pack of mini pancakes.

reply

Ewwwww!!!

Breakfast is the best thing Jack's does. Their eggs are real. They actually crack open an egg when you order something with egg in it, unlike McDonald's frozen egg hockey pucks that have sat around for weeks.

Goetta and eggs
