Here's To The Women!

If we can have a thread of misogynist's then we most certainly can do this.

NONE of us would be here without them!

To my mom and grandma who taught me how to have respect, love, be forgiving,
how to nurture, know that I will always be loved and everything in between.

To the women of my life who helped me become a better man and who
taught me about sacrifice and unselfishness.

I wouldn't the person I am today without you.
I love you all!

Please share your thoughts.

" The woman was made of a rib out of the side of Adam; not made out of his head to rule over him, nor out of his feet to be trampled upon by him, but out of his side to be equal with him, under his arm to be protected, and near his heart to be loved. " Matthew Henry

This is most assuredly the way it should be.
I like this version better than others I've read.

There are variations but I think this is the original. I used to have a huge poster of this in my bedroom when I was young.

Women are awesome! And not just because many of them are cute, but because they have a lot of power and general potential to offer. And they can be nice and motherly in some cases.

Well said.

I like this thread. I told him about my mother going into the workforce in her 50s.

One thought I have is -- "I wouldn't the person I am today without you." So ...
Proofread your posts to see if you are something.
HAHAHA !! That's like, "Why punctuation is important - Let's eat, Grandma versus, Let's eat Grandma."
I hope godewey would enjoy the humor.
