List things that never occur in real life. I’ll start.
1) a small yank on a necklace/chain will remove it 1st go
2) swords make metal on metal sounds when removing from leather scabbards
3) cars go airborne and flip when rear-ending other cars
4) computers beep constantly as you use them
The punching sound effect obviously, but weirdly we all kind of crave that one, even though everybody knows it is fake.
Like the old Batman show?!?!?! Zonk! Biff! Glork! Galonck!
Those aren't real punching sounds?
They definitely tried to make punches more realistic, now making the Rocky boxing scenes hilarious. It sounds like a kung fu movie.

People ordering food/drinks in movies really grinds my gears.
"I'll have a beer" Ok.... Bars and Restaurants sell more then one type of beer.... It's not like ordering milk.
or
"Gimmie a steak" Again more than one kind of steak, how do you want it cooked, what are your side dishes.... GRRR
