Important Announcement

Fourscore and seven days ago (give or take a score or two) the most illustrious and well-respected MovieChat member disappeared without explanation. So, the MovieChat team did as you might expect. Investigations were launched, inquiries were made, candles were lit and animals were ritualistically sacrificed. No answers were forthcoming.

Then, just as suddenly as he disappeared, he returned.

And, like all shaman, he returned from his exile having achieved profound enlightenment. Among his first statements:

“Somebody once told me that the left side of the Twix is better than the right.”

Words cannot describe the shock, nay, the panic that this aphorism instilled among the MovieChat High Command. Urgent meetings were convened and it was unanimously decided that the scientists of MovieChat Labs would test this proposition.

The $100,000 jackpot that was originally intended for the person who made the 100,000th post was immediately reallocated to this experiment. Here are the results:

No difference. Both sides of the Twix are equal in

- Caramelosity
- Chocolatey goodness
- Crispity crunchiness

Tests were repeated with Peanut Butter Twix and Dark Chocolate Twix, but the results were the same.

We would also like to take this opportunity to knock down a perpetual rumor that we experientially and categorically disproved: Twix are utterly useless for bear defense. Neither the grizzly nor the California black bear were deterred or even distracted in the slightest degree by ANY flavor of Twix.
