Kut... Ktu...Kultu... At this point I just give up. It's one of those words that I just acknowledge is written and don't bother actually reading.

It's transliterated as Kthu-lu /with an audible H/ here, so I guess I'll go with that one.

And apparently the Russians transliterate it literally as Ktul-hu /again, with an audible H/. But they also call Hamlet Gamlet, so...

I used to think it was "Cee - too - l - hoo" until I realized it is actually "Coo-to-loo", with an emphasis on "Coo".
