The biggest problem of burglars is figuring out when there's nobody home and nobody coming back soon either.
An evacuation order is like an invitation to them.
Doesn't have anything to do with this specific fire, this specific location, whoever is in government or whatever, it's simply officially announcing there's nobody home.
It's absolutely more likely in areas with a concentration of certain demographics. High trust societies are only capable among some races.
shareThis is good. They wanted this kind of tolerance for a long time. No need to feel remorse. That said, when they DO change things around the right is still always complaining about it. They gave more money to the homeless and police this time while slashing fire department budget by a bit. That bit though I dunno how much it affected the overall firefighting side of things.
