Should Bosnia's "rape hotel" be shut down?

sharePlease correct me if I misunderstood you but are you joking or seriously saying you think that the tens of thousands of innocent Bosniaks who were murdered and/or raped got what they deserved?? Two wrongs don't make a right and IMO the paramilitaries that committed these crimes were as bad as ISIS.
The reason why I asked this question is because Bosnia Herzegovina remains an impoverished country and as horrific as what happened in Visegrad was (specifically this hotel), the site plays its role in tourism (or could be converted for another economic purpose).

Do you agree that:
1) what happened in Bosnia was reprehensible in the same vein as what happened under ISIS, and
2) in relation to the first point, two wrongs don't make a right?
