When she hit, her 300lb body couldn't take the fall, she went into cardiac arrest and died. James Fields didn't premediate her murder.
Shannon Brandt premeditated and knew he was going to kill Cayler Ellingson specifically for his political views, he is also dark-skinned and therefore this is a hate crime.
Darrell Brooks Jr. premeditated and knew he was going to kill bystanders at the Wakusha Parade based on they were White. It was mass murder and also a hate crime.
